What if we decide that AI doesn't make sense for us?
That's okay – and honest. If the audit shows that AI is not a good fit, we say so. Better options could be process optimization, better data use or other technologies. We are not AI fanatics – we are business pragmatists.
How long does an AI transformation take?
This depends on the scope. One audit + strategy: 8-12 weeks. A proof of concept: 12-16 weeks. Full Transformation: 6-18 Months We work step by step, not with big bangs.
Do we need large amounts of data for AI?
Not necessarily – depends on the use case. Sometimes smaller but high quality datasets can work. We'll analyze this with you.
What happens after the consultation?
That's up to you. You can take further steps with us or implement the strategy yourself. We won't include you in vendor lock-in.
