What is included in an ongoing care contract?
This varies depending on the package - from pure hosting & Security monitoring through to active further development, SEO support, performance optimization and compliance updates. We adapt the scope to your needs.
How quickly do you react to technical problems?
Our standard for critical issues is a 4 hour response time. There are dedicated communication channels for existing customers so that no one gets lost in the ticket system.
Do we need to sign a long-term contract?
No. You can unsubscribe from ongoing support from us on a monthly basis. For certain packages there are advantages for longer terms, but no one is forced.
Do you also care about GDPR and accessibility (BFSG)?
Yes. GDPR conformity and accessibility (BFSG, relevant from June 2025) are part of our consulting services.
