Keystone EdTech — Enrollment Platform

Keystone EdTech was manually processing enrollments via email and PayPal, causing 73% enrollment drop-off. Their website couldn't handle course previews, student portals, or cohort management.

We built a comprehensive enrollment platform on Next.js — a public marketing site, a full student portal with progress tracking, cohort scheduling, live session integration, and automated Stripe payment flows. The admin dashboard gave instructors complete visibility into student progress and cohort management.

Enrollment conversion rate increased from 2.8% to 9.1%. Monthly enrollments tripled in the first quarter. Manual admin work reduced by 80% through automation. The platform supports 10x more concurrent students.
